Every organisation whether it is public or private have lots of information that need to be classified into different documents and all these documents need to be stored in different files category wise. In earlier times all these documents used to be in the paper form and there was a lot of hassle to store, track and retrieve the documents. But in this digitalised world most of the organisations are storing the documents in computer systems using different softwares and by scanning the paper documents. High Go provides Document management system that provide indexing, Storage, versioning, security, and retrieval capabilities using QR code. Using QR code for document management makes it more secure and easily accessible. A QR code is generated for a document just by encoding the document URL into QR code using its Meta data like name, creation date and user created, certain keywords. So when a document is retrieved for later use and any modifications done to the document another QR code will be generated with out affecting the earlier document version. QR code which helps to save all the versions of the document and retrieve all of them later. QR code makes it easy to classify, route to the correct location and indexing of a document. In case of a paper document QR code will be generated with important details of the document and printed on the document which prevents the duplication.
